Core elements of the project LABEL are the cooperation of spatial planning and water management authorities in flood risk management issues, the development of strategies and measures for adaptation to flood risk and a comprehensive communication strategy for the raising of public awareness. The joint transnational acting will avoid erroneous developments, will support long-term risk precaution and will improve the flood risk management.
