The conference "Elbe without borders" of the INTERREG IVB projects LABEL and SAWA took place in Hamburg on 14^th - 15^th June 2011 and allowed an intense exchange beyond funding programmes:
The conference brought together numerous experts, cities and regions of the Elbe catchment, to exchange experiences related to flood risks. Many similarities and linkages for further deepening exchanges were identified.
