In 2009, a partnership against floods was established by cities and municipalities along the Elbe. An important goal is to share experiences in the partnership.

The tradition of combining the annual general meeting with a workshop will be continued in this year: the annual Workshop takes place in Dresden on 11th and 12th October 2012.
